This particular integration app allows you and your team to access your individual Exchange Online accounts from the display of the printer, where you can scan-and-send a document to anyone on your contacts list, yourself, or to any address you’d like if you type it in. Scan-and-send is such a great time saver, because it eliminates the need to scan a document, find it on your computer or smart device, go to your email, attach it, and send it. A process that might take ten minutes normally can be done in under one.
The app is secure and very convenient to use, thanks to its SSO (Single Sign-On) functionality, eliminating the need to log in over and over.
